Description
A.2.xOOPicOOPic firmware version A.x.x contains Hardware Objects that encapsulates the physical hardware present in Microchip's PIC16C74b microcontroller and a set of Processing Objects that allows Virtual Circuits to be built.  This original set of Objects provide generic I/O capabilities.
B.1.xOOPic-II

OOPic firmware version B.1.x contains all of the Objects found within version A.x.x plus an expanded set of Objects that utilize the capabilities of Microchip's PIC16F77 microcontroller.  This expanded set of Objects includes 20 new complex Hardware Objects that interface directly with popular devices and 43 complex Processing Objects that allow more sophisticated Virtual Circuits as well as event triggers within the Virtual Circuits.  Several of the new Object are designed to support the Uniform Robot Control Protocol (URCP)  In all, 63 new Objects were added in this release.

B.2.x+OOPic-II+

OOPic firmware version B.2.x-Plus contains all of the Objects found within version B.1.x plus an expanded set of Objects that utilize the capabilities of Microchip's PIC16F877 microcontroller.  This expanded set of Object include 12 new motor control hardware Objects, 5 new sensor Objects and several other robotic related Objects for a total of 26 new Objects.   In addition to the new Objects, the  B.2.x-Plus firmware can be programmed, debugged and controlled via the serial port using a Serial Control Protocol (SCP)
